Project Overview

For one of our clients, we disassembled a device, thoroughly tested reusable parts, and responsibly recycled non-reusable components.

Process

1. Disassembly: The device is taken apart, and parts are split up.

2. Testing and Labeling: Reusable parts are thoroughly tested, labeled, and packaged for reuse.

3. Recycling Non-reusable Parts:     - Batteries are returned to suppliers.    - PCBAs and metal parts are sent to specialized recycling companies.    - Plastic parts are shredded and offered to a plastic recycling company for reuse in creating new plastic parts.

4. Documentation: All return flows are documented and provided with certificates.
