Project Overview

For one of our customers, we reworked an existing PCBA by desoldering certain components and placing a new PCBA in their place. We designed, assembled, and tested the new PCBA before integrating it into the device and packaging it individually.

Process

1. Component Replacement: Desoldering of old components and assembly of a new PCBA.

2. Testing: The new PCBA is thoroughly tested to ensure functionality.

3. Assembly and Packaging: The device is assembled, packaged individually, and prepared for global distribution.

We handle ordering and stocking all components, ensuring a streamlined and efficient assembly process.
